- Over 750 providers, 30 hospital facilities and over 100 community mental health centers (CMHC) under contract in South Florida, the Keys, and Jacksonville area
- Fully compliant with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). A full three year NCQA accreditation was granted in April 2003 and a full three year reaccreditation was granted in March 2006.
- Approximately 6000 calls each month to the UMBH Member Service center, each answered by a live attendant within an average of 30 seconds. Less than one percent of callers hang up before making contact with a representative.
- While only 10 percent of callers select the Spanish-language option, 84 percent of our Member Service staff is fluent in Spanish, as is 71 percent of our professional care management staff.
